The Spring Season registration begins in November and continues to January 31st. We will accept any registrations after January 31st but a late fee will be applied to to the registration. Teams will be formed by mid February. Practices can begin on March 1st. Games will start around April 1st.

PLEASE NOTE:

After January 31st, requests for teams, coaches or friends will NOT be honored.  This is a recreational league and you are not "on a team" until you are fully registered on time.  After January 31st, if room is available, players will be placed on the next team in line to receive players (by the number of players assigned to teams), not who you request or who you have played for previously.   This will be strictly enforced.

Arrowhead Park at 300 E Washington St in Broken Arrow, is the home field for BA Girls Softball. Every effort will be made to have games scheduled for 1 night a week for all age groups; 2 games each night. Games will be played Monday, Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. The Spring Season will be 6 to 8 weeks. Umpire fees (except T-Ball which will not have an umpire present) and game balls are provided by the League.

The T-Ball teams will be provided a uniform t-shirt at no additional cost.

All new registrations will have to provide a copy of the player’s birth certificate. Email to softball@bagsl.org.

Registration fees for 2024 Spring Recreational League:

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE USA SOFTBALL REGISTRATION, INSURANCE, UMPIRE FEES (excluding T-Ball), GAME BALLS & FIELD MAINTENANCE COSTS.

3, 4 & 5 year old (T-Ball)

T-Ball Parents - Currently (as of 2/5) the T-Ball age group is full. But we are compiling a wait list.  Please go ahead and register. By February 20th, we will decide if we have enough girls on the wait list to make another team. If not, we will give full refunds.

Now to December 31st = $75 (Early Bird - $15 Discount)

January 1 – 31st = $90 (Regular Price)

After February 1st = $115 (Regular Price + $25 Late Fee)

 

6 & 7 year old (7 & under)

7 & 8 year old (8 & under)

10 & Under 

Now to December 31st = $125 (Early Bird - $15 Discount)

January 1 – 31st = $140 (Regular Price)

After February 1st = $165 (Regular Price + $25 Late Fee)

 

12 & Under, 14 & Under, 16 & Under age groups: 

Now to December 31st = $150 (Early Bird - $15 Discount)

January 1 – 31st = $165 (Regular Price)

After February 1st = $190 (Regular Price + $25 Late Fee)

 

Sibling discount of $20 (after first child is paid in full).

We are offering the option of paying the fee in installments. 1/2 at the time of registration and 1/2 automatically on February 1st.

A player who decides not to play must request a refund by March 15th to receive reimbursement (less any processing fee). To request reimbursement, please contact our office by email (softball@bagsl.org) or call us at 918-251-0868.
