Competitive Spring League

8U-CP, 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U Teams.

The entry fee is $200

  • The discount will be in the form of a $50 refund via PayPal after March 1st.

Note: if your age group does not make or you want to withdraw prior to the march 1st deadline, you will receive a full refund.

The entry fee covers City user fees and field maintenance (such as wages, chalk, equipment use & fuel, etc.).

Here are the specifics:

  • The league will start around April 1st and end prior to June 1st.

  • Games will be on Tuesday or Thursday starting at 6:30PM. Double headers each night when possible.

  • Games will be played at Arrowhead Park in Broken Arrow.

  • Games are 1:15, finish the batter or 7 innings.

  • Umpire Fees will be paid by each team at the plate at the beginning of each game.

    • 8U-CP and 10U = $20 per team per game.

    • 12U, 14U and 16U = $40 per team per game.

  • Games balls to be provided by EACH team. Must be USA Softball (ASA) approved ball.

  • Teams must register with USA Softball. All adults (18+) in the field or dugout must complete a background check and SafeSport on the USASoftballofOklahoma.com website.

  • You can register your team for $50 with no insurance or register each individual player for $25 with USA Softball insurance.

  • Teams must have insurance. If the insurance is other than USA Softball, the insurance certificate must name the City of BA (220 S 1st St, BA, OK 74012) and BA Girls Softball (300 E Washington St, BA, OK 74012) as additional insured.

  • League will play by USA Softball Rules. Coach pitch in 8U. All girl pitch in the 10U league.

  • Teams will have the option to bat their entire line-up. Must have at least 8 batters with an out at the #9 position in the batting order.

  • Free defensive substitutions.

Bottom Line:

  • The cost for a team to enter the league is $150 before January 31st. Enter and pay NOW to receive the discount. If your age group does not make, you will receive a full refund.

  • The cost for a team to enter the league is $200 after January 31st.

  • There will be a $160 forfeit deposit. (To be returned if the team does not have a forfeit)
